Investment and asset portfolio executive with 20 years of experience in Sovereign Wealth Fund of Kazakhstan Samruk-Kazyna, national oil and gas company, AIFC and the largest Private Equity Firm Verny Capital.
As part of her career, Lazzat was responsible for managing corporate and investment strategies, business planning of SWF with $74 bl AUM, served as a member of SWF Investment Committee and Advisory Board of Samruk-Kazyna Invest, accountable for structuring public investments, reshaping investment portfolio and orchestrating M&A deals in private equity.
Lazzat has an extensive experience in deal origination, investor outreach, investment selection and attraction, business strategy. She is a member of Harvard Business School Angels and Entrepreneurs Associations.
